3. Orders & cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Zuriae reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline your order for any reason. Because our logistics are structured to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, we have a very narrow window to accommodate modifications or cancellations (typically within 2 hours of placement). Once an order has been processed, it is subject to our standard Returns & Exchanges policy.

Prices for our pieces are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable state and local taxes or customs charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honored by your financial institution.

5. Shipping and delivery

We are committed to reliable logistics, but we cannot be held liable for unforeseen shipping delays caused by carriers, extreme weather, or customs processing. All delivery timelines are estimates. As detailed in our Shipping Policy, once we transfer your package to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.
